Return & Exchange

  • Return Eligibility
    Returns are accepted only if the product received is damaged, defective, or if the wrong item has been delivered.
    You must request a return within 48 hours of delivery, and the product must be returned within 7 days after your request is approved.
  • Conditions for Return
    • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
    • An unboxing video is mandatory for claiming returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
    • Products without proof of issue cannot be accepted for return.
  • Refund Process
    Once your return request is approved and the product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
    Shipping charges and COD fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
  • Exchange
    We currently do not offer product exchanges or replacements.
  • Cancellation
    Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.
    Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
